📦 When can you request a refund?

You can request a refund in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged or defective product, or one with a manufacturing fault.

  • The product received does not match what you ordered.

  • The order has not arrived after the maximum stated delivery time (except for logistical causes beyond our control, such as customs or strikes).

  • You experienced a documented adverse reaction and want to report it.

⏱ You have 14 calendar days from receipt to contact us with your order number and evidence (photos, videos, or a medical report if applicable).

When can we not offer a refund?

  • When the product has been used more than a brief trial.

  • When the damage is the result of misuse of the product.

  • When 14 calendar days after receipt have passed.

  • For opened cosmetic products, for hygiene reasons, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

💡 About cosmetic products and reactions

Our products are for external cosmetic use, and we do not guarantee the absence of individual reactions, as every skin is different.
We recommend testing a small amount on a limited area of skin before full use. If you have sensitive skin or specific medical conditions, consult a dermatologist before using the product.

TrendFinder acts as a distributor/importer of international products. All information on ingredients, efficacy, or labeling comes from the manufacturer. If you notice any irregularities, please let us know so we can remove the item from the store.

🔐 Good-faith guarantee

Even though we are not the manufacturer, we act with commercial responsibility. If we receive a justified claim, we will help you with everything needed to process it and, if applicable, refund the full amount via the original payment method.

  • Order number

  • Reason for the request

  • Photos of the product received

We will respond within a maximum of 48 business hours.
